There are a number of things that you should consider when selecting th right harness for your dog.
1. you want to choose a good looking dog harness that will match your dog's personality.
If you have a bog Rotty,Pit bull or American Staffordshire terrier that really looks like it can handle his business, then a spiked harness might be appropriate.
2. To look for in a harness is safety.
Make sure the harness isn't to big but not too small so that you are suffocating the poor bullmastiff.
Make sure the adjustable buckles are firm and won't slip and pinch the dogs skin.
